The location of the hotel was convenient as it was near to my office. The room was good and the washroom was clean, but they can make improvements.

My stay in Hotel Saurabh Palace was not at all a pleasant one, as apart from the staff behavior and the location of the hotel, it was a disaster. There is no sign of security in the hotel. The washroom was not properly clean and the room was not at all clean. The facility of AC was supposed to be there which I did not get. On top of that, the pillows and bedsheets they provided were also not clean.
