The hotel is quite good situated on road so very easy to access. The buffet breakfast is really good at the hotel. We were even allowed free early check in at hotel

Executive room is good. If ceiling fan also available it would be more good. Staff are good and helpful.

The stay was great and we got an upgradation to an executive room. Amir was very friendly. The breakfast menu was good aswell

Premium rooms, food tastes good and fresh when I ordered it at late night also. Family & couples can check in here. Amir front office manager was very friendly, he was very cooperative briefed me everything well thank you AMIR

Excellent stay at hotel sawood international kolkata i'm very much thankful to the front office mr. Aamir who allowed us to stay till 01pm totally free he didn't charged anything for the late check-out. Nice location highly recommend thank you

Excellent hotel and reception staff are very cooperative they helped me to extend for an hour as check out time was 11 am but they extent to till 12. 30 pm great ambience and hospitality

City of joy : a safe and cozy retreat

The hospitality was very good. The staff made sure i was comfortable. They helped me book a transport for one day kolkata tour. They also made it a point to inform me about the local culture, traditions and the place for women deities like kali, durga. I found the food to be overpriced, but the quality was good. And they can probably have a few more south indian options. The staff also supported me well when checkin was delayed due tp flight delay and helped me with early morning checkout. Overall, i thoroughly enjoyed my stay and i would like to stay there if i get a chance again.

We had booked executive room. It was very spacious. Though check in time was 12pm, we got rooms by 10am due to availability. The complimantory breakfast was also very good. The place is near to science museum and also very easily reachable to other tourist attractions
