The rooms were extremely small. Hotel did not provide even basic emnities. There were small bugs on the bed. The staff was polite though, he was a decent fellow.

When i booked a room. After one hour around 11 pm i got a call from hotel and he informed me that i have to show my i'd also my wife and there must be prof f for our relation in i'd prof also behave like suspicious and told me that if i'm unable to provide the documens then my booking would be cancelled. There all the information which requires for check in the hotel mentioned in platform and if someone book the hotel online then he or she must see the information so there is nothing to explain the details as it is available on online.

No car garage / parking facility, room & toilet fittings are very old styled. No in house catering service. No lift provided for going to upstairs. Service boys are excellent. During power cut generator started 10 minutes later. There is no place for bathing with fresh water at outside of hotel rooms because it is essential for washing fine sands after sea water bathing. Location of hotel is good but nearly 4 km away from main market /center of township, Swargadwar. Who loves lonely place then this place is suitable for them as the sea beach is not at all clumsy. The main problem is quality of required styled food not available in nearby restaurants. For lunch & dinner always. 5 km to 4. Km distance have to cover. So, it's very trouble sum to stay more than two days. In house fooding arrangement must be required immediately. Geyser & more plug points must be provided. Bed sheets & pillow covers must be stain free & properly ironed. Toilet's sewerage lines must be cleaned properly so that no bad odour / smell comes out from these lines because it's impossible to use phenol every time. Overall improvement required for pleasant stay in this hotel. The only attractive thing in this hotel is it's long sized sea facing lonely separated balconies where you may spend full night. This type of balconies may not be available in other hotels at Puri.

Firstly, the services were awful. The experience was as low as it gets! the location was stated as golden beach but that's a big bluff! i would not recommend anyone going there

Services was very poor considering is price.
The bath heater was purposely switched off by hotel service and was switched on only after pointing it out. The hotel was overly priced considering the services.
