stay was wonderful.the room is very luxurious and cosy, one can lay back with sea view from balcony of the room just stone throwing distance. food is awesome and staff is very helpful

The room is very small, making it impossible for four people to stay. The bed provided cannot comfortably accommodate even two people. The rent is three times higher than what the room justifies.

Everything was good but the cottage washroom was moderate paying a heavy amount for the cottage thought of a premium washroom and the wifi was bad.

Pros: Check in was very super smooth... location was very very nice.... staffs & Room service was excellant.... Food quality, teast and portion was wanderful.... lawans, and garden was decorative and beautiful.... common space and lift is nicely maintained... swiming pool and adjacent facilities related to pool is awesome... restaurent was nicely maintained, clean and hygienic.... Rooms are specious with balcony... Location is marvelous and close to sea... Cons: Room condition is not upto the mark as the walls are damp, needs renovation.... Furnitures are very old and few are broken like cupboard... bedsheets are very old with various marks of oil and other things... Parking space is very dirty.... Price is very high

Very dirty toilet and wash room, poor facilities but highly cost

Compare to price room conditions bad and size is less .. damp in room. Sea faching room are good however non facing sea room are pathetic and amenities and service are not as per the standards.

the pictures shown and the rooms given to us are entirely different. very tidy and dirty with no control to ac, rooms smelling like dustbins. if you love your hard earned money then it's wise to avoid this hotel

Hotel seagull is a very popular renowned hotel in old digha. every bengali knows about hotel sea hawk & hotel seagull. may be its their weakness now. zero maintenance. very poor service. ac leak to such extend even the floor is wet, let alone the wall. i will upload the picture to support this. moreover, when asked about this poor condition, they replied "online bookings call for these rooms". that is all

property location is very near to sea beach old digha. Series of Sea gull hotel is good but food is average.

The location is beautiful, the hotel is not maintained properly and food variety is not sufficient for travellers, they are old fashioned not modified according to the time.

An Excellent Cottage was given to me it was the same as in the picture when I selected this room. Too good service each and every person who served they where also too good each and every came & asked us if everything was ok or not. The view from the room was too good.

Happy with the room as shown . Will use mmt for any further trips. Was provided as promised and shown on site

Extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences i have ever had at a hotel. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom was filthy and appeared as if it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The furniture in the room was broken, and the cupboard had a strong, unpleasant smell that made the entire room smell like trash. Additionally, the rusted fittings in the room were a struggle to open and close, further adding to the discomfort. the overall state of the room was far below any reasonable standard for cleanliness and maintenance. I am very upset and disappointed by this experience, as it completely ruined my stay. I hope you will take immediate steps to address these issues to prevent future guests from having such an unpleasant experience.
