The room was nice and clean. Good for a family. Electric heater and geyser available. The waiting area is quite big.

Untidy linen, non cooperative staff, there was power cut for 2 hours in the night. I requested for hot water but nobody helped in it.

Location was easily accessible but staff was not co operative despite of the booking details, the manager didn't allow us to have the rooms claiming that the tariff charged was not according to their standard rates. the hotel doesn't meet the cleanliness standards. There was dust all around and very unpleasant smell. The exhaust fan was not working in the washroom. Overall the place is not recommended for family stay
