They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. Hotel location is awesome opposite dal lake view. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The sevice was exceptional well. The staff at this property are all great!

Great location, lake view rooms beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service i food was good and great value for money and services. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location of hotel is very good. Our room was dal lake facing. Mesmerizing view. Room was well furnished. Clean and healthy. Hotel staffs are cooperative, friendly and helpful

If you get to stay on the top floor you get a partial view of dal lake. Other amenities are close to the hotel.

Hotel location was very nice. It is opposite to ghat no. 11. Staff was very co-operative. Breakfast was very tasty.

The main attraction of this hotel is that it's just in front of dal lake. The eating points and dal lake shikara is easily accessible from here. The staff was very kind and sweet. The only problem is that there is no restaurant in the hotel though you can book room with your own kitchen
