Room was very clean and the staff is very cooperative. And easily located on the road side, food and services are very good in the hotel.

Reception counter staff and the drivers they gave with the vehicle individually every one was the best. Room was neat and clean. Worth the money.

When in port blair, stay at hotel serene palace. Excellent hotel, top notch service, amazing staff and awesome food. They also provided us with a free drop to the airport. Hotel serene palace made our stay at port blair extremely comfortable. A luxury hotel on a budget.

Very good hotel polite staff. The food is very healthy and not so spicy. The location is good, safe and auto is easily available

Room was clean and cozy. Staff were very helpful and cordial. It's definitely worth the stay. Food was just right, not spicy.

Pros: very clean, hygienic and comfortable stay hotel staff is very helpful food was reasonably priced and good airport is 2 km away. Easily accessible to cellular jail and jetty port. You will need to book a cab service or scooty to go around in port blair. Hotel staff can help you with that.

Excellent hospitality all the staffs were helpful. It's in between airport and city. Must try food - phulka and matar paneer was awesome.

We loved serene plaza and the receptionist sandhya was very warm and courteous in her ways. Great hospitality, clean and calm place. Food is excellent! overall we were very happy with our decision to stay at serene plaza and we inf-act extended 2 days at the serene plaza. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms and toilets were neat. Mr. John (owner) was extremely helpful and the hotel staff were courteous. Location of the hotel was good in terms of connectivity to various places. Mr. John arranged lot of things for us within a short notice. Hotel restaurant food was good but only limited items were there to choose. We. Went to baratang one day early in the morning at 4am and hotel staff packed our breakfast without even asking. That was something very unexpected and great. Overall- value for money.

This was one of the best hotels in our andaman tour. It was near the market, away from airport, but the distance from airport is reasonable not too far. The rooms were spacious and hygienic. Washroom was clean and well equipped. The food served in the hotel was cooked fresh and delicious and the price was resonable. The area in which the hotel is quiet and peaceful. Gandhi park is at walkable distance so good if you are traveling with kids. The check out time is 8:30 am but the hotel staff is very cooperative and extended our check out time. Our city tour was also arranged by the hotel and the driver also dropped us to the jetty. Overall our stay was great compared the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to go to port blair.
