Good Stay
Stay was good, food was not good, same items served in every meal, most of the items are half cooked, every day need to go to the staff and ask for toiletries,tea bags, sugar sachets etc Location is good, serene views and rooms are cleaned overall nice stay if you don’t depend on their food

Dear ma'am, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We're happy you enjoyed the location, serene views, and clean rooms! We sincerely apologize for the issues with the repetitive, food quality and the inconvenience of having to request basic amenities like toiletries and tea bags daily. We want to explain that during the recent Durga Puja festival, our head cook was unfortunately not available on duty. This regrettable situation compromised our usual dining standards. To manage this, we served a limited menu of local food and temporarily allowed outside food. We appreciate your understanding and are addressing the service issues immediately to ensure a much better experience on your next visit.
On scale of 1 to 5 , I would give 3.5
Good ambiance, nice locality and as the name suggests, its serene. Polite management and team, good hospitality . Only issue we faced, had to ask for tea bags and other small toiletries daily as they don't refill them on their own

Thank you for your kind words about our hotel! Sorry to hear about the electricity disturbance during your stay. We want to assure you that it wasn't an isolated issue with our hotel - the entire area experienced a sudden power outage. We ran our DG set for 2 days straight, but due to technical limitations, we had to switch it off for a few hours. Although the ACs weren't functioning during that time, our inverters ensured other essential services remained operational. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoyed your stay despite the inconvenience.

Nice Stay.
I had a nice stay at the hotel. Room Service staffs were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and Food quality is not great but not bad either. Location is little away from the main town but easily accessible by auto.

Terrible Stay
Horrible experience. In breakfast they provide us rotten food items. In my booking breakfast is included, but I have reminded them so many times, then only it was served.

Excellent Stay
Peaceful ambience, helpful staff, good food and neat and clean rooms. Have been to Jorhat so many times, stayed in multiple hotels but this one is so far the best one. The staff and management especially are very professional and eager to help. Most recommended
