I booked a super deluxe room. The overall ambience, facilities, staff response was quick and remarkable. I would suggest to opt it on priority for the stay in dhanbad.

Although it's 4-5 km away from railway station but the place is decent, staff and other people were very polite. The hotel was clean all the towels and mattress everything was clean so far. I highly recommend for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious

I booked room at shaan -e- punjab which was near topchachi lake. But booking done at new sp(shaan e punjab. I paid for super dulux room ( rs 2700 with gst)but it was very small in size. Bathroom was so so. Staff behaviour was good. Complementary food was very good but 1 person may take 1 plate as their rule. Extra 1 is chargeable. Boiled egg rate is 90 rupees for 2 pc. Room service is very slow.

The hotel was decent. The tariffs are too high in comparison to the quality of the rooms provided. They can be improved to match this rate or the rates should be reduced considerably. This is because, firstly, the rooms are too small, secondly, the bedsheets were a tad dirty as in, the cleaning wasn’t done properly. The food of the restaurant was good and i liked it. The hotel staff were well mannered and cooperative. Had a good stay. Thanks.
