Very bad experience i got at hotel shagun they even not giving single water bottle and on taking extra bottle they make price double

Nice stay at hotel. All are very nice. Location is very nice.

All excellent.

Cleanliness required, location good.

No geaser, no breakfast, no telephone line, the hotel is in development stage.

Great hospitality. The place is 88kms from Mt. Abu and 120kms from Udaipur. We had car so travelling wasn't a problem at all. Rooms reasonably priced with ample parking space.

There were no service at all. There were no cook and we were asked to have dinner outside. There were no hot water in one of the room. Only one staff all together in hotel and you have to be on his mercy for any service. We had to leave the hotel in the morning and there were no one at the reception till 8am. Morning tea was not available as neither there were a cook nor they had milk for the tea. Staff was very aronagnt and they will make sure to spoil your mood. We have to carry our luggage ourselves as the staff denied the same. We are on long road trip to Gujrat and because of such a pathetic experience we have stope using Make my trip app for booking any of our hotels.

Room size good but bathroom connected, room service is good, staff behavior good, food is good, room clean and pick up facility available from bus stand to hotel and bus stand by management. I suggest friend's.
