I and my family come in vrindavan and mathura on the festival of janmastmi. I stay 1 night in vrindavan and 1 night in mathura. Vrindavan experience in hotel are good but my experience in ****un residency is little bit good bcz the water of washroom very salty and kettle of this hotel not working. I give 4 star out of 5

The hotel is located at city center and there is no problem in finding the hotel. Hotel is excellent and staff was very supportive. Than x mm t for providing me the best property to stay.

Nice and budget hotel in mathura nicely connected with main road hotel is clean and staff is polite currently they dont serve food, you can use zomato (20 nov 23)

Stay at Shagun residency was great. I went there with the family and was struggling for the quality food at first night and next morning we decided to try thefood at hotel and that is the best decision we took as their chef was at his best and served the tastiest food.

Everything is superb. The staff is polite and co-operative. Restaurant is not good at servicing food at a time. Location wise good area but far from temple and important location. Overall i love the experience.

The room was very neat and clean. The room was made to clean by staffs everyday and staff nature and services were excellent. Hotel staffs were very kind. Location is awesome to visit any sort of areas you like

Everything was wonderful. We have stayed in a nearby homestay the previous day that ruined our trip but very next day we came to this place, our stay was for 8-9 hrs but the receptionist and manager helped us to have everything on time.
