Review Of Hotel Shalimar Deluxe

Location just outside the railway station and one can easily reach It was an average accommodation. The bedding was not good - very old and completely wrinkled bedsheet, no blanket, comforter or even a bedsheet to cover yourself. Room service average, food delivery took little extra time and I had to call them 3 times.

Very bad condition of rooms, no drinking water provided, no blanket and very rude behaviour of staff also staff refuse to provide the breakfast even after payment.

there was a mosquitoes inside the room. location was good. washroom was not clean and smell are coming.

Stay was ok, not so great not so bad, it felt little overpriced

It was very terrible experience, room was not clean at all, bathroom was not clear, food was not at all hygiene.

Frankly speaking only if you wish to stay near station then it is ok or else not at all good. in night mosquitos were biting and even after complain no one came. washroom. is very very small. Food is very exoensive as. per the quality. not at all a place for staying if you want a good and comfortable stay. bedsheets also not very clean.

The hotel bedhseets book dirty. Musquitos bite you in the night. Staff does not respond to any complain. Wash room is very small you need to manage yourself. Food prices are also high in the restaurent. Lot of noises also come from outside. Overall not worth to stay in the price offered

My stay at the shalimar deluxe hotel was the worst hotel experience i have ever had. Upon entering my room, i was appalled to find small cockroaches on the floor, bed, table, and even the walls. After complaining, i was moved to a smaller room, but unfortunately, it also had cockroaches. The air conditioning was another issue, the reception turned off it and i had to call the reception each time to have it turned back on. The bathrooms were dirty and poorly maintained, which only added to the discomfort. To make matter worse, the hotel is situated right next to a railway station, resulting in constant noise throughout my stay. I also had breakfast included in my package, but despite calling for it, i never received it and had to find food outside. If there were an option for a negative rating, i would choose that without hesitation. I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

my experience with Shalimar hotel is terrible I booked for 2 days but room was so dirty washroom was so dirty and also room is non AC staff's behaviour is so rude I was so frustrated that I didn't stayed in this hotel and they didn't refund a single money... overall a terrible experience....

I have booked a large room size having area shown 400 sq. Ft and hotel allotted me a room having area approx 120 sq feet, after my objection they allotted me a room having area approx 150 sq ft. If the room of specification given is not available so they have to refund me the diffrence of room terr-if extra charged.

All service are very good & location nearby railway station. Walking distance between hotel to bhopal junction railway station.

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay. Rooms were very good and Breakfast with nice variety. Very helpful and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accommodations. Highly recommendable hotel. I loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. Location is great, near Bhopal station Platform-6.

I wanted an early checkin and early checkout but was charged 400 extra than the total booking amount inspite of talking with mm t agent. Horrible experience.

Staff were really nice. Due to our train we checked-in really late at night but still they made some food for us. 10/10.
