Excellent staff. Kind of 200 mtr from metro so feasible. On main road. Wine shop in 10 mtr radius, newly built only room size seemed small. Overall rating is 4. 5

Excellent service, spacious room, with staff who were very polite and always available to help. The stay was worthwhile, and we would love to return again. Gaurav was very nice and always kept asking if we needed tea or coffee. The receptionist dharmendra was very professional and would never let a call go unanswered. Overall, it was a great experience with no regrets.

Had a very pleasant stay at hotel shandon. Was taken care of very well by the hotel staff (especially mr. Gaurav and mr. Pradeep. The location is great as it offers easy access to most areas in delhi and is very close to connaught place.

Property is at a very prime location. All must visit places are at neareby location and easily accessible from this hotel. Facilities are good. Staff is courteous. We had a 2 day pleasant stay. We travel-led with our 2 year old kid and got baby food as and whenever required. Dhamendra at hotel reception ensured all services were provided swiftly.

This property is spanking new, still tottering about, room is excellent front office is extremely helpful, room service needs improvement and kitchen menu is mostly not available, though menu says they serve when requested express regret. As for stay centrally placed value for money

Wonderful stay at this newly built hotel. Helpful staff and very nice amenities. Just one km from new delhi station. Arrived by a night flight and checked in late for early morning train connection. Will come here again. So happy about my decision to stay here. Highly recommended

5. Had a great experience at hotel shandon. The location is walkable from rk ashram marg metro. Manager dharmender and service staff gaurav were very friendly and did a great job in making my stat very comfortable. Would highly recommend this place.
