This property is well-located near the airport and highway, with good architecture and delicious food. The staff is amazing and provides excellent hospitality with good hygiene safety. However, some guests faced issues with the bathroom fittings and shower area. The property is not a value for money and does not meet the expectations of some guests. The hot water tap and electric points were not working effectively, and the WiFi service was useless. The housekeeping staff was lethargic, and the room lacked proper ventilation. Despite some negative reviews, many guests had a good stay and found the property manager, Mr. Ajay, to be very helpful.
