It was very pleasant stay, location of hotel is very good. It is just next to harishchandra ghat. Hotel staff is very supportive. I will book it again and will recommend others who will visit to varanasi.

Overall stay and journey was good and would like to visit again. Staff were good and polite. Location is bit odd but the hotel was up to the mark regarding cleaning, maintenance. Cool and calm place it was.

Hotel is near hanuman ghat and room is average, cleanliness is also average but as per price it's OK, there is no fooding facility available in the hotel so we have to go outside for it, but there was a type of smell in hotel which was not good I want to stay one more day but due smell I left it.

The location is remote and the facilities are good provided the cost. Better. The hotel is not so near to main temple. Beware of that while taking the hotel. The address seems to be not clearly mentioned.

Hotel service is very poor. Even they were unable to provide towel and the blanket which they provide is unexpected. Blanket cover is full of bubbles formed on that

The hotel is situated in extreme bylanes, poor dirty and stinky surroundings. No road, only large broken slabs. Walk 200 metres on these bylanes for transport.

Rooms were too small. No windows either. Not as shown in the pictures. Cleanliness was good. Location is good very near to the hanuman ghat.

It's not a hotel it's a pg which they sell as a hotel with no basic amenities. And room space is only for a single bed.

Staff behaviour was very rude specially yashwant rajput was there room was very small my head and my feet both are touching wall of the room i booked for 5days but i cancel-led immediately after reaching at property in my openion mmt should cancel-led tie up with shanti inn hotel and reimburse-me my loss which i has occurred

Very bad I never stay this hotel.
Location is too long from main Ghat, about 20 min of waking distance. Then second think is room service was very bad.
