Hotel staff is very cooperative. Mr kiran dave very help full a, very cordial, maintainance of hotel room is very good, clean. Also hotel is ituated at centre of market, so it is easy to aces s the market any time

Stay again this is in the middle of market so food, travel etc is easily accessible hence best for family. Parking available nearby hotel. Lot of tasty food joints which are 11 pm. Must try dank a who are panipuri lovers.

Had wonderful l experience staying. Though hotel is bit small but enough considering its location in center of market. Most special thing was very polite and cooperative staff. A very big thank to the manager mr. Kiran dave who never let's your word fall. He ensure whatever we demanded is get full filled immediately with a big smile and sweet gesture. Would always like to stay at hotel sheetal. A reliable and safe hotel to stay in mahabaleshwar.

Friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. The hotel is very close to mahableshwar st depot. We had really good stay and enjoyed.

The hotel is great with very polite and supportive staff. It's located at the center of the market easing it to shop without additional journey. The room was cleaned nicely with a queen size bed and a sofa (transformable) and an almirah. Dining was also good as the order was delivered fast with fresh veggies and home like fulkas )

Property location is very good in the middle of the market behavior of the owner is very good and co-operative, rooms are clean food is good and sumptuous whatever amenities are promised it is fulfilled paid parking is available near to the hotel with rs 400 for 24 hours. Altogether it is a good hotel but i booked the hotel on 26-28 jean 24 weekend so the deal was very costly to me
