I love the hotel as it many good services even the main thing the washroom which everyone looks after check in the room its clean nd nice sp love the hotel plus the location is so good and near-test to narayan singh circle and transport nagar both. Love to check in to the same hotel soon.

Our stay at Urban Stays was Worth for money. The room we stayed in was very clean and hygienic. Breakfast provided by them was not up to the mark, there was lack of variety in their menu. They should improve it. The location of the hotel was convenient, overall it was meeting our expectations.

At first, the receptionist asked us to pay more money as they said room prices were more than what we paid at mm t and that they don't have tie up with mm t at all but after a little fight they let us stay. Rooms were clean except the washrooms. No amenities were provided at first not even soaps and towels. Overall, it was fine with the amount we paid but if we would've paid what the receptionist asked us to them it's not worth the stay.

Bedsheets were unclean. I am assuming they have not cleaned them since the last guest's check out. Food service was not up to the mark and neither is the taste. Check out convenience was very bad. I had to leave all by myself without a formal check out as the reception was locked and people have been sleeping even when i knocked the door hard.

Hotel staff was very rude and misbehave with us, they ask for extra money to book the room but we paid the money on app already, the also denied check in we had book another hotel at that time

It was a horrible experience. when i check in the staffs told we don't have any connection and told that you need to pay 361 more. The argument went into serious mode and they used unparliamentary words. Later i paid 361. The rooms are not well and taps are beyond maintenance. Please don't go for this hotel.
