Room was good. Staff is very supportive. Food is also good. Security in hotel. Parking also available and security guard available for 24 hours. Privacy also in the store hotel. Professional behavior observed in the hotel by the staff.

I stay here while traveling to delhi. Hotel is equipped with tata charger which is good for ev user. I charged my nexon ev here overnight with slow charger. Hotel room is nice. Washroom is also neat and clean. Hotel property is also very well maintained. Morning breakfast is having lots of variety. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms and staff are all good, but the only problem that i had was with the restaurant at the time of breakfast. They had only limited options for breakfast that too, unhealthy - only pratha and sandwich nothing else. No buffet what so ever. Also the food was not good in taste.

Clean rooms, swimming pool is also good but after 6pm they request to come out but when we entered they told 8am to 8pm timing. Staff is good, location on highway, food quality good

It is not really a 4 star hotel. View from the room was of a garbage dump. Cleanness was ok. There were no working channels on the tv. Breakfast was average. At best it is 3 stars.

The plates in the kitchen are not clean. The staff argued about washing the plates when asked. The reply ‘aisa hi hai’ we cleaned the plates with the white tissue paper and it was full of oil. The cutlery wasn’t washed properly. I’m sharing this because i want them to improve and not lose thier jobs. I had a kidney stone pain attack in the morning at 4 and waited to call them for help at 7 to ask for a doctor or medicines. But they were taken by surprise and definitely did not know if they should help us in that situation or not. On calling them again after half n hour the person at the reception left and somebody else picked up the phone and we had to request again and then on requesting couple of times he helped and got the medicines. The doctor never arrived nor did they enquirer if everything was alright after the medicines. I feel the place is new. We were making a blog and they obliged and gave us access to shoot in their kitchen. Thanks to them for that. Apart from that, i think they need to seriously rethink of training their staff or hire more trained staff or supervisor who can train the current staff.
