Review Of Hotel Shikhar Inn

staff's are not cooperating , we asked them to please give some more time to checkout because we had train at 1:30 ,but they refused. infact we booked the hotel for 2 days and even due to train ,we stayed there only for 1 day .

Very Poor Service, while my check-in they didn't provide drinking water and soap kit, for water I had to go 3-4 times from second floor to ground floor on reception for asking water, there were no any closet and chairs in my room, the TV was also not working and there was no any wifi. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone

rooms are not clean ,There was a smell from the room, due to which one of our family members had to vacate the room and take it elsewhere.

We had rat roaming in the room at night. After complaining, staff seemed to be non responsive. The cupboards couldn't be used as they were extra dirty.

I stay very fine and I check in early morning stay and very near at mhakal staf is good and nice room only sufficient two persons and average and bathroom only sufficient

Location wise hotel is good but they need to learn cleaning in toilet and also toilet size is very less that the person can't stand properly. And they should provide telephone for service.

Location of the stay was very good. Very close to Mahakaleshwar Temple. But the hotel doesn’t provides drinking water or food. There are restaurants in front of the hotel so food or water wasn’t a problem but hotelier should provide that. Bathroom was bit congested. Room and AC was nice.

Worst experience .. We booked 2 rooms and one of them is very filthy when we requested to change the room, they requested extra charges. Poor staff and manager, don't visit this filthy place.
