Review Of Hotel Shiv Palace

Rating: 3.5 Staff: Cooperative, but not enough staff to handle all, need to follow up with them twice or may be thrice. Rooms: Clean, but litle bit smelly, not all but 2 out of 5. Kitchen: Chef was awesome, had experienced a good food. But the issue was restaurant which is not there. And to get food, we need to order food before two or three hours ago. Here hotel needs to improve completly. Aminities: As mentioned during booking, many things were missing as mentioned below: 1- Welcome Drinks. 2- Kettle in rooms (not even in single room). 3- Slipers. 4- Iron/Ironing Board. 5- Balcony. 6- TV, not working in all rooms.

The condition of the room was very bad. The condition of the bed sheets in the room was very dirty.The room smelled very bad. The room was very not clean. The AC was not working.

Poor Service, four days stay I feel like Dharmshala. I think this is not a hotel.

Location is good. We didn't try food. Services is also good. Staff is good. Rooms were clean. overall good experience

located in our skirts of ujjain, room was shabby, washbasin was choked due to which whole bathroom was stinking like hell, no taste in overpriced food, no slippers were there in bathroom, they don't give a fuck to the bookings done by MMT.... if you have booked through MMT they will give you the worst room they had... mosquitos enjoying their party of my kids blood.. we entered the hotel 10.30 and were tired so jumped in the bed immediately after entering the room otherwise we won't stay there for a single sec

it was nice experience staying at hotel, rooms are spacious enough amd staff is helpful, no restaurant facility in hotel.

Property has sufficient space for parking. Good for one day stay as religious tour. Room service is not good. Resturant is not available. Check out time is 8 am. But no tea provision even at 7 am. But room was clean

(1)Rooms were not ready for check in at 22:00 hrs night after online booking. (2)They have cleaned rooms after check in. I have told them for providing drinking water bottles before 1 hrs but still I haven’t received it.(3)If you don’t want to sleep up to 12:30 night than this hotel is good for you as there is a marriage party function facility is also available in hotel so you can hear “”BESOORE” songs up to 12:30 hrs.(4) Hotel management have to improve rooms services as I have to shift my luggage by my self

The rooms here are big and spacious but the hotel is situated too far from the mahakaleshwar temple. Situated in the outskirts of the main city.

Location wise in very decent locality, Rooms were good. Unfortunately the sink was leaking and due to hard water all the taps had been choked , no free flow of water. The reception was good.

Stay at Hotel Shiv Palace is good. Some basic requirements like water or tea must be complementary atleast...

the room were nice and clean but there was to much noise of the staff and also the lobby was not clean.

Nice stay. Need to ensure basic things are in place and working to avoid customer complaints. Had to wait for things to get fixed and sorted as we had some geyser/washroom issues. Room 209. Room was later changed that was kind of adjustment again post 1-2hour.

Sarisfied with the stay what i paid. u cant compare the property with 5* as we r not paying that much.. so spacious room u will get .reception staff is good and well located..good thing had plenty car parking..
