hotel interior is very shabby and lack of hygiene in the room.Bathroom and rooms were not properly cleaned.

Easy to locate propery. The rooms were also spacious. The staff was also helpful and easily reachable.

Mera stay Shiv Vilas, Rishikesh mein bahut accha raha. Hotel clean aur peaceful tha, staff bhi kaafi polite aur helpful the. Location bhi perfect hai — main attractions ke paas hai lekin phir bhi shanti milti hai. Rooms comfortable the aur overall experience homely laga.

I booked a regular room in the pictures it is not mentioned the balcony are covers with tins so no view. room quality and cleanliness was good. about parking: I have a scorpio n , initially they said we have to park to another property which was inconvenient coz it was 250 m walk everytime i had to take out my car but finally they gave us a parking in this property but my car was scratched at 3 places which they claimed was before but that was not true. i did not create a scene as i was with my wife but now i have yo spend 2-3k to get the car fixed

Hotel was Good but need some maintenance. staff are well behaved. very helpful. Good to visit here.

It was good experience overall hotel location was excellent on the way .. only thing which was missing is basic things like no bottle water, no cattle or coffee etc..

The stay was average overall. However, the location is excellent and very convenient, situated right on the main road. The room included a balcony, though the view was limited to a wall directly outside.

only good part of this hotel is location. otherwise if you dont have issue in walking 100-200 meters, then avoid this hotel.

The hotel is located on the main tapovan road. Stayed there for a night after returning from a trek. Rooms offer good value for the price. Clean with basic amenities. Extra bottled water is chargeable though.

Clean room & washroom, good staff, food was ok, tea was not so good. Overall good experience, amenities are good.

Some basics were missing like complimentary bottled water, tea-Coffees etc. Need to look more or supervise more on regular cleanliness. Amenities are like old fashioned.. example no bidet shower attached with commode

The room was so bad, the bed sheets were dirty as if it were not changed from the last used, the staff was rude, concerns were unheard.

We faced issue with parking facility they did not provide parking facility to us front office person said that who do booking they did not provide parking.

Hotel is at good location but bedsheet and room is not clean
