The hotel is very clean and neat. The staff is also very helpful. The hotel is close to the temple, so the commute is easy. We get easily an auto from the hotel also it is closer to the railway station as well.

The experience was very good and the owner was very helpful. They even provided early check-in for us upon request without any issue. The temple is just 15 mins walk away from the hotel. And it is on the main road so you can get an e rickshaw and all very easily just outside the hotel. The room was very clean and all facilities were top notch. Overall the stay was very comfortable and safe place for women and girls to stay.

Stay was very comfortable. Rooms are neat and clean and very nearest from mahakaleshwar temple. Hotel owner very supportive. I recommend hotel shiva palace for the staying.

Recently stayed at the hotel shiva palace in ujjain and it was a fantastic experience overall. From the moment i checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and ensure seamless experience. A special mention mr. Ravi at the reception who was very helpful. The room was spotless, spacious ad comfortable. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. For the price, i felt the quality and service were excellent, making it great value. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting ujjain and look forward to returning soon !

Very good experience in hotel shiva palace. Hotel owner is very cooperative. I required milk for my baby in late night, hotel owner arrange it in timely. Hotel rooms and wash room very cleanliness. Location is very good, it is located in the main market, very easy to connect conveyance to go to anywhere in any time. It is very nearest from the mahakal temple approx 900 mtr. Parking is available nearest from the hotel and parking is safe. Overall good experience with hotel shiva palace, ujjain and completely value for money.

Neat and clean property and room. Staff was good. Mangalnath mandir is around 4-6 kms and mahakaleshwar mandir is 1. 5 km.

It was a great experience in the hotel and the staff was also friendly. Though i want to give a request for mm t that please make check in time at least at 10 am and check out time at 12 pm. Because of this we have to wait a lot for our room

Hotel shiva palace is a very cozy and ambient destination, located very near the mahakal mandir & railway station. The hotel owner & staff was extremely cooperative and would surely recommend it to all friends & family members around.

Shiva palace hotel is an amazing hotel. It is very well maintained and neat and clean. Service is prompt and they attend you well.
