very poor service , torned bed sheet breakfast quality very poor, chill water supply not available in hotel. as per menu 80% food not available. we pay250rs for complementary breakfast then provide only 2pic bread 🍞 2pic boiled egg. 200ml food juice. this not expecting.

The experience there was very bad, the service is not good at all, no one attends the phone call ever. After calling, if you say something, no one picks up on time.

Overall stay is undoubtedly good. Food quality may improve to an acceptable extent. Food choice is also limited. Rest is fine... Especially the behaviour of the staff & cleanliness.

If book bed to 2 person if the name change of that person they t hake extra 400 rs per day

I am 71 years old. My room was in 2nd floor and no lift. I requested for ground floor but they denied. It was very difficult for me to use stair case. Next time i will be very cautious to use make my trip.

GOOD TO STAY AT THIS BUDGET and stafff were very polite and well maintained and behaviour was up to the mark .one thing dislike that if you take food from outside they will not provide you the plate and cutleries

The behaviour of the staff this time was nice, the room and washroom was clean, breakfast options needed to improve and lift required

Upon our arrival, the staff welcomed us and settled us into a comfortable room that was spotless clean with all necessary amenities. Room service was prompt and curteous. We slept well thanks to the location of shivanjaali in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. But we never far away from the main road, which provides lots of public transportation. Highly recommended!

Hotel is very good, staffs' behaviour are so humble, service is very very good. Room was clean, and specially wash room is too good. Location is just 5 min walk from siuri bus stand
