Supportive staff and nice rooms.
It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Staff there were very supportive who guided us well and ensure we enjoy visiting pachmarhi.

Good Hotel and budget friendly
Rooms were neat and clean. Location is easily to access. All major spots are near by. Staff was very cooperative. Hotel do not have restaurant but tea coffee was available on demand. Overall a good place to stay.

Location was good,it is located near to market from where we can take any thing.Food was not available, only tea they can make and it was good. service was very good.

Excellent Stay in HOTEL SHIVALAY
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—right in the center, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transport. While the hotel doesn't serve food, they were always happy to offer tea and coffee whenever needed, which was a nice touch. The service was truly impressive; the staff were kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

the room size is very good. no resturents is with hotel due to which we had to go outside for everything except tea. staff behavior is also good. they are very helpful. its location is in the market.

Hotel location is far from bus stand. Rooms are good and at this price it is quite expensive. Overall it is good

Hotel shivalaya is one of the best hotels of pachmari as well as pocket friendly, staff and their services are fabulous and they are very helpful and caring, i met pawan (manager) of hotel shivalaya, he is very helpful, friendly and very kind to every visitors.

Overall very good hotel
Location and services were nice, very good rooms were there, wifi was also there. Food was available outside only

The hotel is in town and there is common parking behind it. The rooms are big and the management staff was friendly and courteous, no worries. But the market is very near for a stroll and food. Only grouse is there is no open space for guests outside premises.
