The has basic amenities. But toilets are not clean aslo there is no ventilation in room and there is no wifi also. Only plus point is this hotel is near the temple

Excellent Stay
Very wonderful hotel, right near the temple, i visited baba mahakal 3 times, the line for bhasmarti starts in front of the hotel, i also visited that, the stop was also very good, very cooperative, the hotel has all the facilities, no one faced any problem and i liked the hotel very much. This hotel has just been renovated, i will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The room was too small and amenities were not provided as shown while the time of booking no table and chairs in the room washroom was too small, kindly provide facilities accordingly.

Same hotel name with different location denying accommodation where booked
they have the same hotel name in two different locations, one which is shown in google (booked) and the other one near bharat mata mandir (with no parking facility) and is not shown anywhere (provided. Kindly deal with such ambiguity henceforth.

You have wrong information sir, this is the Hotel Shivam Palace (Shivam Elliot is someone else's property, you might have gone to the wrong place) you should have called to come to our hotel, some taxi or auto driver dropped you at the wrong place.
Terrible experience
familyOne thing is positive that its near mahakal mandir(walking distance) rest other things are just terrible (no cleanliness, unhygienic, not fit for its price, no facilities.

Hi sir, as per my discussion with hotel staff they have treated you with respect and politeness you and there is always a sweeper in the hotel ,firstly we provide clean rooms and washroom to customer but still if there any need for cleaning you can just ask sweeper he will clean washroom within no time. You might have some other issue and if there any issue pls discuss the same at the reception so we can resolve your problem unless we won't be able to help you out Pls revisit again

Us-lee hotel no water, no saport, darty area. Washroom is not clean. Smell is coming, away form the temple

Room issue. Foud more hotels with the same range

I have given the guest a four bedded room with no charges till the check in time to be upgraded to a fresh room at 7.00 am. While the check in time is 11.59 am. We thought that the guest was upset. Will be. Still the guest is not opening the door or leaving the room. And switched off the phone, once it happened, they were saying that we will not change the room first, why were they given this room. And were behaving indecently with the staff.

Location, room, washroom
Location is excellent front view is omkareshwar temple and rear view is mamleshware temple. Room was clean but beding wasn't. Washroom was poor. No western toilet.

Rahul, ravi and manish are very good and helpful people. The hotel is very near and walkable to temple. Though the hotel is good but maintenance is very poor.

Poor Stay
Firstly the road to the hotel is under construction for more than a month now. So no vehicle can take you to the hotel. We had to walk around 700 mts with luggage and a kid. Bathroom was filthy with a broken comode seat the room was full of mosquitoes as well there was literally zero sunlight in the room. The wardrobe was also very dirty
