The condition of the room was very bad, the bed sheet was not clean tv was not working towel was not clean room was not clean

Courteous staff, clean and well kept room

If give me minus option i will rating this hotel -9. First thing they didn’t provide soap and towel in toilet, second didn’t provide bed sheet for tow days stay when we call receptionist for bed sheet they said they don’t have bed sheet at the moment. Third we book hotel room with breakfast. When we reached hotel in morning 9 am and asked for our breakfast they said breakfast not available bcz there cook is not available. After argument they provide two pratha but didn’t provide tea. This was my two days terrible stay.

Room was clean and maintained and staff behaviour is also polite and helpful. Provided stay in hard situation such as bosc exam is worth praising.

Price is too high. Room service is not adequate

All services are per-fact as i think, specially no delay if you order lunch as well as dinner

The hotel provides average accommodation and room size is small for queen size bed, although the room seemed clean, i saw cockroach in bathroom and the ac was not cooling properly, there seems to be no power back up as at night the ac switched off by itself, and then i had to call the hotel owner to switch on the ac, and then it got switched on. The hotel is very near to nawada railway station and may be an average option for people visiting the area. The door was asked for twice but since i was on fast i didn't opt for it, the phone kept in phone was not working, the bath fittings seemed new.
