Hotel does not provide shampoo, conditioner. Does not have lift. Have to carry your luggage on your own. Ac is not on generator. Breakfast provided only after 11 am and in evening dinner is available only by 9. 30 pm.

Dirty rooms: filthy room with stained bedsheets, dusty furniture, and moldy smell. 2. Poor hygiene: unclean bathroom with clogged drains and no hot water. 3. Inadequate amenities: no toiletries, towels, water bottle. 4. Unhelpful staff: unresponsive and dismissive attitude. 5. Noise pollution: traffic noise made sleep impossible. 6. Limited food options: bland, overpriced food with few options. 7. No hangers for cloth hangring. 8. Torn blanket and worn-out bedsheets. 9. Limited breakfast options: only tea and paratha(without water bottle) below-average quality.

No breakfast, no water the hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experiences in my life. Staff are terrible, front desk guys were worst and indifferent.
