    The infrastructure in hotel shivaya is poor. Basic necessities like tea kettle, hand towels, clothes hanging rod and hangers in cupboard, etc. Are not available. General standard is poor and below a hotel to be kept under make my trip umbrella. I would not like to stay in this hotel ever again with this infrastructure. Staff though is good and cooperative.
