The hospitality of the staffs is excellent,,, The washroom is also neat and clean,,, The food quality is also very good,,, But some veg-dishes should have to be included,,, The location is good but can't be identified if you don't call the property owner,,, The entrance should be more tidy,,, 😊 I alongwith my family quiet satisfied staying at this hotel 😊

Hotel provided was different and not at all close to what is shown in this images. They gave a different low grade hotel which is not at all like the one in pics .. waste of money ..

The hotel is at a perfect location if you plan to trek to Kedarnath Dham from Gaurikund. I stayed with my wife and son at this hotel. The staff is extremely courteous and helping. The hotel is situated very high Gaurikund and difficult to find. However, the owner came to receive us in the market. his staff carried our luggage to the room. We needed some fruit and one of the boys gladly bought it for us. Obviously we paid for the fruit and tipped the boy. But the point is we got a good service. The food was delicious. The room was clean with good duet. Bathroom was slightly worn but water was hot and we got refreshed after our long journey and before we started a long trek to Kedarnath. They don’t provide toiletries or towels, so make sure you bring yours or make arrangements with the hotel. They also provide cloak room service which we used as we could not carry everything as we were walking to the Dham and didn’t want to hire a pitthu.

Food and hospitality at shivbhumi is very good. Ravi and preetam were nice and helped with reaching the hotel by sending their staff. We had a good experience and good food and specially decent room with hot water. Over all we were group of 10 and every one liked including my mother who is 70 years old. Due to landscape in gaurikund we need to take around 80 steps but we called preetam and ravi they helped reach hotel easily and we hired a person who carries old people and who cannot walk in a basket on their back.

Booked single room but not worth it only 3 beds compact room. Washroom was too dirty. And no toiletries provided nothing was there.
