Room is little bit small room is very clean location very good 4 sightseeing and other part of view staff is very co-operative good behaviour of all workers and manager nearest of kashi vishwanath walking distance and other temples AC proper working bathroom very clean. Service all over very nice and solution 4 every part of travel and provide very lowest rate of car hire and proper service in exact time.

Stay with family in this hotel overall good stay hotel near to main kashivishnat temple room cleanliness very good. Manager and sttaf behaviour very co-operative but. But rooms little small. Please confirm for parking if your are travelling own vehicle

Location prominent place. Food i didn't avail. Room amenities needs improvement. Tv not working, night lamp having electrical problem. Room door handle broken. One soft in the room, linen torn. Staff behaviour is good.

Hotel Shiv Ganga is a small property nearby Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Between hotel and this property is ~1.5 KMs, local rickshaw and auto all are easily accessible. Hotel staff was quite polite in nature and welcome all guess with smile. Only issue with the property they don’t have western toilets with non AC room and sometimes I felt wired smell inside the room might be the issue with ventilation. Thanks for the stay.

Facility is very good. But location isn't good. Nice service, good behavior, cooperative and helpful staff. Rooms net and clean, washroom is net and clean equipped with modern technology. Person is behave courtesy.

The room i got was on 3rd floor and there is no lift in this hotel. The room wasn't clean enough, even i must say it was dirty. The amount is 50% above the standard of this hotel.
