I had a great stay at the property! The location was convenient and easy to access. The food was delicious and offered a good variety. The staff was polite and helpful, and the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend!

Bed sheet conditions was poor. Changed after 30 minutes. Footmat provided after 30 minutes. Room lock facility was not provided. Staff was very good and polite.

The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed.

I went to (hotel name) with my family, and it gave us excellent family-friendly services. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure i was comfortable. I will stay there when i come back!

It was quite good

The staff was very helpful. I was sick and they provided medicine at midnight in one call. But their lift didn't work and my room was on 4th floor so it was tough for me to go as i was very sick. Also, the washbasin was clogging and geyser didn't work. And bedsheets and pillow covers and blanket had stains and were very dirty so i told them to replace them, which they did with less dirty ones. The room also smelled like cigarettes. Overall, good place as per low budget, good staff, but bad maintenance of amenities.

Worst experience they have taken 300 rupees extra from us because of the little oil blot on the bedsheet which did not happen intentionally by us but they had taken 300 rs extra from us so that was the worst experience i ever had in my life.

Short overnight stay - late check-in, early check-out. Found the property through google maps. Booking was simple and the discount made the deal very reasonable. Check-in took longer than expected since the booked rooms weren't ready. Decent rooms overall, but bath/toilet required re-cleaning after check-in.

The room was clean. The bedsheet had a few cigarette holes in it. No water bottles were available in the room. I called the room services for water. They asked whether i want regular or bisleri. Even after asking for bisleri they provided me with 2 bottles with unsealed caps. The checkin & checkout was hassle-free.

Not allowed to check in. Says booking not done even though money debited. Very big scam. Could not stay

Very bad experience of this hotel very dirty room staff are not responding, soap not available towel not available we trying to call hotel staff he said i will send but he takes more than one hour and not coming, one more thing i'm booking a deluxe room but he gives me a little room

The hotel was good and clean but some amenities like towel and all were missing and the windows had a minor opening to the balcony exposing the room a bit which was harming a bit of privacy but the staff behaviour was good a bit far away from main city but overall good experience according to the cost and place.
