The hotel failed to provide several amenities clearly listed in your application, significantly impacting our stay, especially for the elderly members of our group. We were denied a kettle, given lukewarm tap water instead of cold distilled water, and charged above MRP for bottled water. Furthermore, the promised extra bed for the third guest was replaced with a mattress, and the room was too small for three people, forcing us to endure cramped conditions. These failures to meet advertised standards and the resulting discomfort warrant a full refund for our reservation.
