The hotel is located near railway station. The reception area and way to rooms are maintained well. I have taken luxury room and room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean. Food served in room and rates was reasonable.

Location near Station so in night due to train sounds, services good but a very few staff though cooperative in making my daughters' dinner and lunch.
Since winter chilled we have not used AC though paid for that when asked for room heater as I was with my 2 years daughter, they denied that they do not have room heater and we have to sleep in such cold.

Hotel is over priced but overall its OK

Location is fine. Room is clean and facility is fine. Had stayed for 1 day. Nice food. Rooms were clean and staff were polite. Room have old TVs and old A. C. That I will consider as flaw. Rest all is fine 3 star from me.

Toilet not clean, inner wall of room is not good, room rate is not more than 300- overall size in too much small just like a small store room, breakfast quality and service very bad.

Location is good for stay but room is not much clean. Issue in hot water supply as water is not heated for bath. Hotel staff is rude and also in his own attitude. This is my first and last stay in this hotel

WiFi was not working, requested to change room because other floor WiFi available. Denied a small request also. Bathroom also not maintain properly.
