Review Of Hotel shree mahakal krapa

The pro is its proximity to the Mahakal temple. The cons, you have to travel through narrow streets to reach the hotel. It doesn't have its own restaurant but they gave a menu of nearby restaurant which asked for delivery charges. The bathroom exhaust was extremely noisy and was itself getting switched on while switching on the bathroom light.

services are pathetic. People are not helpful. I made request for one room cancellation one day before of check in, but I feel due to only greed of money and poor customer service I had to pay with 2 rooms although one room was idle for me.

The property is excellent although the lane is narrow and a little dirty. Hotel's cleanliness and staff behaviour is fabulous. Services are good. Food quality is decent. Overall a pretty good stay.

Rude staff....no smoking, no alcohol....they didn’t mentioned...they agreed to it they didn’t mentioned....but you can’t smoke ...he said....if it had been mention their.....I would not book the room....surrounding other stays employees were very polite and egar to help....bad room everything pack no air ventilation....felt like suffocation....don’t book room of 2 people.....the rooms are worst....3/4 people are nice ....but whats the use if you have very rude staff to attend

There was no car parking. Even the staff was rude while directing us to parking. Rooms were nice . Taste of food for dinner was not good .

Hotel is on walking distance to Mahakaal mandir so saves a lot of time, rooms are neat and clean , we checked in on 4th Aug early morning and we were assured from owner that if there will be rooms available you can do early check in , however the receptionist said that the rooms are not available and immediately after asked for ₹500 extra for early check in , I believe this was his personal interest and one another couple faced the same issue

The property is locatef about 100 mtr away from the main road, connected by a narrow road. Not approached by light vehicle. Other services are average.

Hotel is in interior location, no cabs, rick can go and the lane is shanty. rooms are very wierd, bathrooms are unclean and no proper locks Only advantage is the location is 3-5min from backside to temple gate 1 if you are booking bhasma aarti if would be helpful at night otherwise not good or worth

our stay was for 1 day with kids.The location is great near to temple mahakal.The staff is really nice and helpful.will surely recommend.

We called many times for the location but no one picked up the phone, so we had to search again and again. After 1 hour we found the hotel, the fan in the room was making a lot of noise, the AC was not cooling well, there was a leakage in the wash basin in the bathroom, so when we washed our hands, the water fell on our feet, due to which it looked very dirty.

Ac was not working properly. water leakage in the room. Room odor was very bad and it was stinking. The overall experience was bad.
