It was a very good stay. Best place for price and location, Taj is just 1.5 km from this property, staff is always helpful and room is spacious.

Hotel is excellent for that price range. But few thing that should be improve them, at this lower price is the service quality of the Hotel. Service is poor. But anyone can go for it. Best at this price.

Lobby spaces not clean. Entrance should he improved. No one would like to see lizards in room.
Best thing is it is located at a very walking distance to Taj Mahal. Rooms only for as a budget guest. Rate is cheap. Didn't like the ambiance of the hotel though.

All good. Staff member behavior was good. For short time one can stay not at bad. Service was also good. Hotel was located near to Taj Mahala. All thing was good. Water supply was there ,. Electricity was also 24 hours. Cleaning was also done. Room service was also good. One can stay for short time in hotel for seeing taj Mahala and local sight seeing in Agra. Overall it was not a very good one compared with MMT standards but it was OK. Couldn't explect more in this budget. Taj Mahala is quite near to this place but for good food you have to search a place bit far from here.

Room was too small, there was no staff, washroom was smelly, water was not coming from the tap. The charging Port was not working. Dont go for this Hotel.

We had checked in at about 12 pm but they couldn't provide our room even if we had booked 1 month prior to it. We were there for just 5 hours and need the room just to freshen up. We said that and they gave us a room which didn't had a tv. Fan wasn't working. Adjusted with another customer with the hotel to freshen up. There wasn't water available. So had to wait half an hour for that. Worst hotel in my life till date. Won't recommended even to my enemies also.

Very bad hotel and it's services. It was one type of shop not hotel. In check-in time nobody in reception I am wait one hour. Nobody pickup phone available in hotel reference, hotel cleaning is very bad

This is not a hotel it's a shop there is no any room service and even in there is no phone in room and there is nothing like hotel, very poor I will never suggest any one to stay this hotel. There is no any food facility if you have to eat something you have to go outside the hotel. So please don't go this hotel and don't waste your money.

Please don't go for it. Very dirty environment and poor service. We booked the hotel for two nights but returned back staying only for one night without any monetary refund for one night. There is a huge gap in expectation, perception and promised service.
