The hotel stay was very comfortable. The view from the gallery was amazing. The helipad is quite close to this hotel. The staff was very courteous and service was prompt. It is a very good hotel and value for money. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting katra for devi darshan.

Nice hotel in Katra. They provided cab service to the helipad which was good. Hotel is 10 min away from the helipad. Food was good. Room was clean and decent. Definitely worth the money paid. Helpful staff.

The Hotel is near to Railway Station and it is a Hotel of Value for Money. The Rooms are clean and spacious. The foods are good but only thing is there is a problem in Service in Restaurant as there are only two people manage the Restaurant and in Peak Season there is problem to manage Guests. Overall it is a nice hotel and the stay was comfortable.

Everything was good. But WiFi is restricted to reception area only and lift was out of order. Food was good, provides 24 hr complimentary pickup and drop to Banganga. A bit away from crowded market but that's fine.

I stayed there with one of my friend on 2nd June for two nights. Hotel is good and it is very near to railway station and also near to way to Vaishno Devi. Hotel's breakfast was also good. Service was also good. Member of hotel were very Cooperative.

It was good to stay here, staff were good, service was excellent. Bathroom could be better and television cable was not good. Another thing was that the condition of vehicle for pick and drop was poorly maintained. Overall, it was a good experience. I will give 4. 5/5 to this hotel.

It was family trip and hotel management was perfect. They has pick up and drop facility from railway station and to helipad as well. Rooms were clean and facility also good. View from hotel is very nice. Just one word to describe it. Perfect start for our trip.

We visited the hotel in March and we loved it. It had a great breakfast buffet and the price with MMT is totally worth it. Great hotel and I would certainly recommend it to everyone. Good location and complimentary drop to ban Ganga.
