I recently stayed at your hotel and was disappointed with the room's cleanliness and overall service. I would like to bring the following issues to your attention:Room Cleanliness: The room was not cleaned properly, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. This made it quite uncomfortable.Room Service Issues: The room service phone was not working, making it difficult to request any service or assistance.Missing Basic Amenities: Basic toiletries like a dental kit and shaving kit were not provided. The soap provided in the bathroom was the same as a regular toilet soap, which is not what I expected from a hotel of your standard.

Good hotel to stay. As we haven't taken food so no comment. I think only issue is not sufficient parking space & the space which is there is without shed, no basement parking.

Good Stay
Very very decent budget hotel. Rooms are big enough. It is near to railway station and other attractions. Warm water was available. Breakfast was better. Only one thing that i found missing was that one extra gesture that make guest give you five star. Like keeping a water bottle at your room or a smiling receptionist. Keeping that aside, value for money definitely

Value for money stay.
If you are looking for a budget hotel for a family stay, i'll definitely recommend this hotel. Food, hygiene in the room, room service, behaviour and hospitality of the staff and management is very polite. My whole family appreciated it.

Location is good and convenient. Its away from jaipur railway station.
Room was good in size. Bathrooms amenities are required to be more updated. Staff are required to be more trained as per hotel industry requirements. Manager is coordial. Hygiene is required to be more updated. Cleaniness is little slow in rooms at daily basis. Noone come in 2 days stay. Rest is ok.
