Worst stay i have ever had in my life, it is under renovation hotel rooms are totally different from what is shown in the app, no proper restrooms no water in the morning i need to request those hotel people to provide me water! very very very worst experience

Yes, actually hotel is not ready to give customers work is under process there is a incomplete fecilities only one floor that is 4th floor is fully ready to stay the customer but they gave to me 3rd floor that room is very terrible they provided only one bed and chair, water is not getting good flow and they even not provided basic aminities and there is no hotel staff there is only one guy he also drunken, this is my first and ever worst experience i got.

Booked for 24th check in and 25th check out. Reached hotel 25th morning. They said no show-no room. Room was supposed to be available at least upto 11 am?

I had requested for cancellation as the property was under construction and room allotted to me was the only room in that floor complete. The room allowed to me had only ac and bed. No blankets, no wifi, no water facility, no table to keep bag, no mirror. To add on it, there were a lot of construction workers which was totally not a safe place to stay. I was made yo wait for 25 min for check in. After check in, immediately seeing the condition, i had raised my issue.
