श्रीमान जी अयोध्या में बंदरों की समस्या यहां रहने वाले नागरिक और आने वाले लोगों को परेशान होना पड़ता है बंदर केबल टीवी का कनेक्शन इंटरनेट कनेक्शन और टाटा स्काई की डिश अक्सर डिस्टर्ब करते हैं, यह समस्या जहां रहने वाले लोगों की आम समस्या है. आपने शिकायत में लिखा है कि आपने खाना मंगा और स्टाफ ने बताया कि इस रेस्टोरेंट का रिपेयर हो रहा है. रात के 11:00 बजे कौन सी रिपेयरिंग होती है.जब आपसे खाने का आर्डर पूछा गया और आपने बाहर खाना खाने की बात कही और देर रात लौट के बाद अचानक से आप खाना मांगेंगे तो होटल में ऑर्डर पर ही खाना तैयार होता है.कम से कम 30 मिनट पहले आर्डर देना पड़ता है रात 10:00 के बाद किचन स्टाफ की ड्यूटी खत्म हो जाती है.किचन स्टाफ खाने का आर्डर नहीं लेता. आपको खाना नहीं मिला तो आप सही वजह लिखते तो अच्छा लगता कि आपने देर रात खाने का ऑर्डर किया और आपको नहीं मिला. रेस्टोरेंट रिपेयरिंग की गलत जानकारी लिखने की आवश्यकता नहीं है.जबकि उसी रेस्टोरेंट से आपको दो दिन सुबह का नाश्ता समय से सर्व हुआ है. सेवाओं में कमी या बेहतर सेवा मिलने पर आपका फीडबैक होटल के लिए बहुत जरूरी है, आप लिखिए आपका स्वागत है लेकिन कम से कम सही जानकारी लिखिए, जिससे हम भी उस दिशा में जरूरत के मुताबिक सुधार कर सकें आपके आगमन के लिए धन्यवाद
The geyser was leaking live electrical current, which extended to the connected water tap.
Our stay came with two very contrasting experiences. 1. Safety Concern (Worst Part): The geyser was leaking live electrical current to the water tap, and I received an electric shock upon touching it. When checked with a tester, the indicator lit red, confirming the presence of live current. This was a life-threatening situation that could have led to a severe accident. The hotel must immediately inspect and rectify its electrical systems to ensure guest safety. While the staff assured us they would address the issue, this is a critical and high-risk maintenance concern that requires professional attention. 2. Hospitality (Best Part): On the positive side, Anup and the hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. They had upgraded our room at no extra cost even before the electrical shock issue, and promptly arranged a room change once the electrical issue was discovered. They attended to every request with kindness and generosity—often going above and beyond expectations. Their hospitality and human touch truly stood out. Other Feedback: The hotel should improve the cleanliness of its linen and towels. While the staff readily provided fresh replacements when requested, a bit more attention to laundry quality would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

श्रीमान जी जहां तक सेफ्टी कंसर्न की बात है तो गीजर पर बिल्कुल स्पष्ट लिखा हुआ है पानी गर्म होने के बाद इलेक्ट्रिक गीजर का प्रयोग बंद करने के बाद ही किया जाना चाहिए, इसके अलावा आपने जो रूम बुक किया था वह दूसरा रूम था बिना कोई शुल्क लिए आपके दो रूम में से एक रूम को सुपर डीलक्स क्लास में अपग्रेड कर दिया गया था अपनी इच्छा से आप ने अपना रूम बदल दिया बाकी सीरियस इलेक्ट्रिक शाक जैसी कोई स्थिति नहीं थी आपके सामने ही चेक किया गया था इलेक्ट्रॉनिक डिवाइस है इसलिए आपको कुछ अर्थिंग महसूस हो रही थी फिलहाल आपकी शिकायत पर तुरंत आपको दूसरा रूम उपलब्ध कराया गया और इलेक्ट्रीशियन से गीजर चेक करवाया गया जो की सही पाया गया.

मैडम रूम के रेट में बुकिंग के समय आपको जो छूट मिली और टैक्स निकाल दिया जाए तो लगभग 1300 रुपए का रूम अपने बुक किया है होटल प्रबंधन आपके रिव्यू को पढ़कर समझ नहीं पा रहा है कि 24 घंटे ac गीजर टीवी वाई-फाई पावर बैकअप और 24 आवर रूम सर्विस देने के बाद आपको और कितना सस्ता रूम चाहिए.बाकी रूम की साइज के बारे में साफ-साफ लिखा हुआ है, 110 स्क्वायर फीट का रूम है अगर आपको और बड़ा रूम बुक करना था तो आप कुछ और भुगतान करके सुपर डीलक्स या प्रीमियम क्लास का रूम बुक कर सकती थी, लेकिन 1300 रुपए का रूम भी आपको महंगा है तो अतिरिक्त भुगतान का कोई सवाल ही नहीं है.मैडम जितना भुगतान करेंगे उसे स्टार की ही सेवा मिलेगी आपके आगमन के लिए धन्यवाद

श्रीमान जी टैक्स को छोड़कर और डिस्काउंट कूपन लगाने के बाद प्रीमियम क्लास का ट्रिपल बेड का रूम आपको लगभग ₹1700 में मिला होगा उसके बाद तीन लोगों की बुकिंग करने के बाद आप छह लोग आए थे हमने आपको रूम में एंट्री दे दी इसके बाद आप बेसिक एमेनिटीज में टॉवल इलेक्ट्रिक कैटल कॉफी सेट बाथरूम में शैंपू कंडीशनर और बोतल बंद पानी की डिमांड करेंगे तो आपको उपलब्ध कराना संभव नहीं है, हमारे बेसिक एमेनिटीज में ट्रिपल बेड का रूम एसी टीवी गीजर फ्री वाई-फाई नहाने के लिए साबुन हैंड वॉश और फिल्टर वॉटर उपलब्ध कराया जाता है जो आपको दिया गया अगली बार और बेहतर सेवा के लिए अधिक भुगतान करके और बेहतर रूम बुक करें.

Location is good and near by all the destinations. Best thing is that it’s in a chowk which is a good land mark for any one with or without gps . Room is good to stay at near to temple. Ayodhya is in developing stage so we should not expect more like other tourist place Jai Shree ram

Terrible Stay
It was worst hotel I have ever been. Cobwebs everywhere in the room, hairs on bedsheet when we checked in. Shady place. Pathetic staff. It looked like a cheap hotel. Its better one stay in dharamshala than staying here.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel Shri Ram Bhawan.. Location was fantastic, inspite of traffic regulations, your four wheeler will reach upto the gate of the hotel..they also have their own parking space..Rooms were also good, sufficiently spacious with all basic amenities. Service of the staffs were also excellent..My father who is a senior citizen had fallen ill during my stay amd we requested them to regulate the food accordingly..they perfectly managed that with a big smile on their face.. finally the thing which touched me was we haven't even touched our luggage both during check in and check out..all were managed by the hotel staffs with a big smile and even they refused to accept any tips which showed a great professionalism..

Good, reliable, no-frills budget hotel close to Ayodhya tourist hotspots
It's a genuine and reliable budget hotel near "Asharfi Bhawan" chowk in Ayodhya. The staff are sincere, helpful, well-meaning, but can be clumsy sometimes (small-town guys new to hospitality industry). Below are the pros and cons: PROs: Sincere and helpful staff: They helped us arrange an autorickshaw at 3 AM at night as we had to catch our return train; none expected or sought any tip, though we tipped the guy who opened the gate for us at 3 AM. The counter guy Mr. Avnish Pandey and Tiwari Ji were both helpful and polite. Good location: The Ayodhya Dham railway station is hardly 2.5 km from here. Physically fit people can easily walk to places like Ram temple, Hanumar Garhi, Dasrath Mahal, Kanak Bhawan, and Saryu Ghat. Autos are easily available here. Food: Restaurant is not there in this hotel, but they provide you food if you inform them beforehand. The price is reasonable and food is good (Rs. 150 for North Indian thali). There is a pure-veg ashram hotel nearby, along with tea-shops, grocery shops etc. CONs: Clumsiness: If you are from big city, you may find the staff and service little clumsy sometimes. I asked if we would get towels, the attendant told yes but didn't provide, no water bottles provided in rooms on arrival, slippers mentioned in booking site but not available, there was a geyser stored in my room cupboard and the attendant knocked at 9:30 PM to take it away and again at 10 PM with two electricians to fix it in the bathroom. They have little difficulty communicating in English. Due to their good behavior, good location and pleasant stay, I didn't mind few other shortcomings too -- AC vents were newly and crudely drilled up, exhaust fan of bathroom was crudely fixed, ceiling fan rod was slightly hitting the false ceiling and making a continuous sound, I didn't mind all these few minor things.

Good Stay
Great location near most of the attraction. Good food. Rooms were smaller. Hotel staff were very helpful. The only limitation we felt was the fixed timings for the foods.

Poor Stay
Location by Google is totally misguide, room is very dirty , no amenities in room and bathroom. Such as no tea- coffee ,no water bottle ,no shampoo,moisturizer and body wash is available. Tv not connect with tata sky. Overall very poor hotel in terms of money.

श्रीमान जी जिस क्लास का रूम अपने बुक किया है आपको सुविधा भी उसी क्लास की मिलेगी, आपने AC डीलक्स रूम बुक किया था, होटल की तरफ से आधा लीटर की दो बोतल बंद पानी आपको फ्री में उपलब्ध कराई गई. उसके ऊपर आप चाय, कॉफी, फ्री ब्रेकफास्ट मॉइश्चराइजर बॉडी वॉश मांग रहे थे, इतनी हाई-फाई सेवा आपको कम से कम ₹3000 के रूम में मिलेगी. आप सस्ता होटल भी सर्च करेंगे और उसके बाद 3 स्टार होटल की सेवा भी लेंगे ऐसा संभव कहां है, आप गूगल को भी दोष दे रहे हैं लोकेशन को लेकर जबकि गूगल टीम के द्वारा वीडियो वेरिफिकेशन के बाद ही गूगल अपनी लोकेशन सेट करता है. आपकी मुख्य समस्या यही है कि आप 5 स्टार होटल की सुविधा चाहते हैं आपको यही लिखना चाहिए,बेवजह झूठी शिकायत लिखने से अच्छा होता. हमारे होटल में प्रीमियम क्लास के भी कमरे हैं आप अपना बजट बढ़ाकर और बेहतर सेवा ले सकते थे सुविधा सभी उपलब्ध हैं.लेकिन उसके लिए भुगतान करना पड़ता है जो आप करना नहीं चाहते थे आपके मुताबिक होटल में आने के बाद सब कुछ फ्री होना चाहिए ऐसा संभव नहीं है.

हम आपसे ऐसे रिव्यू की ही उम्मीद कर रहे थे क्योंकि हमें पता था कि दोपहर 12:00 बजे आपका चेक इन टाइम है और सुबह 5:00 बजे आप कमरा मांग रहे हैं, चेक इन टाइम से 7 घंटे पहले आप फ्री में कमरा मांग रहे थे फ्री में नहीं मिला तो आप यही लिखेंगे, चार कमरों का आधा पैसा देकर आप 16 लोग 7 घंटे पहले रूम में घुस गए, दो गेस्ट के ब्रेकफास्ट का पैसा आपने रिक्वेस्ट कर के फ्री करा लिया, इसके बाद भी आपको फैसिलिटी आर वेरी पुअर दिखाई दे रही है क्योंकि हमने आपको फ्री में 7 घंटे पहले कमरा नहीं दिया, आप जैसे अतिथि के इस व्यवहार के कारण ही होटल प्रबंधन अपनी तरफ से कोई अतिरिक्त सेवा देने से पहले 100 बार सोचता है... बाकी प्रभु राम आपका भी भला करें.
