Hotel interior facilities food everything was good and the staff members of hotel was also good in nature

The photos which are used to describe rooms are very old. They were very much less space and quality of the bed, furniture, etc was not good at all. Rooms were not worth the money.

Location of the hotel is very convinient. The quality of food is also excellent but there is no sufficient car parking facility. The staff is also supporting and helping.

I like v wry much this hotel all staff is very nice manager behaviour is very very good room very clear and the most important service is excellent

Cleaning is very poor, average food, no space for parking, hot water is not available at time, staff experience is also poor

Let me start with the positives. Clean room with a large, comfortable bed. There was hot water, soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The staff was attentive, polite and prompt. The downside. The approach was dirty. This hotel is on the first floor and on the ground floor were a number of extremely shabby shops, a huge tangle of electric lines crisscrossing the entire corridors and the front of the building. Our bedroom had a small adjoining room filled with discarded stuff. Thankfully, there was a door which hid that mess from our eyes. This isn't a family hotel. Late into night we could hear men in adjoining rooms chatting loudly, knocking at their doors etc.

Terrible experience, worst washroom, dirty rooms

No wifi access, no tv network, rude staff, air cooled room means cooler here and not ac. What a scam this is. Why would i pay 1000 bucks for a room with cooler and that too just for a night!

I had an excellent experience with hotel, staff behaviour is very cool, hygiene was very good, and food is also very nice.

Not professional staff management staff reception staff totally stupid they dont know anything how to talk with guest own rules and regulations not follow hospitality guidelines only personal guidelines update to guest at the time of check in.
