Ac not work properly at all. Other things are average. Lot of rules and regulations which are unnecessary

Food - only veg available. Not mentioned anywhere so a big mistake being a non vegetarian. Location is ok facilities - they say it is central aircondirion but cooling co trol is done centrally. So if you are feeling hot and cold you have to call reception and request. No mini bar facility. No 24 hrs menu. Breakfast is fixed menu at room and not any spread. Unprofessional attitude - change room without notice. When protested they again wanted to put back to the previous room. No hot water found in the toilet.

Room sizes were very short and not shows at booking portal, rooms are dark having no ventilator and natural light, no trained staff found them very rudely, no regular hot water, no sufficient space for keeping luggage in rooms, very very costly in comparison of other similar category hotels in the city, no proper arrangement of food, has no own parking space, staying at the hotel felt like being locked in a cage. Overall the staying experience was very worst.
