All over performance is good. Behaviour of staff is also good. Room is clean and service is also good. Next time I will be stay there. Hotel location is very good. Bathroom is also neat and clean. Window AC is also good.

It was very good experience at Shubham hotel. Awesome room service, food quality (veg and non-veg) available at Hotel. I would recommend to stay and take the experience of Shubham Hotel, alone, group, family, couple, etc.

Decent stay with clean rooms

The biggest advantage is that the hotel is very near to railway station. Though the location and surrounding of the hotel is not so welcoming the interior is very good Room was clean and comfortable during our stay. The complimentary breakfast was also good enough. Some of the shortcomings I would like point that we were not provided packaged drinking water even after asking room service. Also there were only 28 channels in TV and frequent power cuts. But overall I found the hotel very suitable and would definitely recommend to anybody visiting Rourkela.

The stay was good. Staff were friendly. Check in and check out process was smooth. Room service was good. I reached the hotel at around 1:30 am as i was traveling through a train which got delayed. But the staffs were available even at that hour.

Nice hospitality and room service. Further I will try to stay in this hotel if I travel Rourkela.. I will also tell my Friend to stay there and get the facilities. It was a nice trip to Rourkela naba good journey.

Wall was damped and bathroom geyser was not working. Nice bed room. Services are good Food quality was average staff support was good very neat and clean environment. So overall It was a good experiences except for water heater.

It is good experience at shubham hotel is good. Room service & food( veg & non veg) is very good. Hotel staff is helpful and quick respond. Required better Wi-Fi connectivity. Location is walking distance from Railway. Station & Center of Rourkela Main market. Parking facility is good.

Hotel location is good, nearer to station. Cleanliness is good. Staff are very co-operative. Service is good. But food is not good, needed to be improve. Quality food has to be provided. Room size is also OK. No. Of TV channels are very less. Which could think about.

It was comfortable and the space was quiet big. The location of the hotel was very close enough to the Rourkela railway station that makes it very accessible but with that it also causes sleeping distractions at night when train coming sounds are heard.

Need to maintain good standard. Staff is good. Hotel maintains good cleanliness. Food didn't try, so no review their. Water system of the hotel needs maintenance along with the equipment's. Less parking space, staff is good and cooperative. Good options nearby to eat.
