I reached around 9AM at the hotel Check in time was 11AM They asked for extra money for early checking I told that I’m just keeping mu luggage, & would come at 11 They didn’t allow even to keep the luggage. Location wise place is excellent, for anybody having any work at Apollo Rajshree. Food is costly hence didn’t order.

they provide non ac room where we booked AC room and there bathroom was default basin faucet and also toilet flush not working properly not provide doormat also there not working TV and board have some fault also

we were staying there for 4 days and booked 8 rooms for my friends and my family. but i was not satisfied with their facilities. all the rooms are not neat… just average... they forget cleanliness though i remind them of

The rooms were clean and ventilated. The linen too was ok. Washroom was average and had running hot water. Wifi was free and good for video conferencing. Had to ask for bath towel and soap as no toiletries were provided - not even napkin. Had to ask for water as well. And the wardrobe provided was useless as nothing could be hung in it.

Location is good, staff behaviour not up to the mark. Not provided soaps, shampoo on daily basis even towel not changed. Last day no staff was there to carry bag to outside, i hv to take it myself from second floor. Poor service

I booked room with breakfast. They don't have any arrangements for breakfast. When i insisted they gave a packet of poha and two jalebies.

Helpful staff
The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful. The check in time was 12 but i had reached early, the staff arranged the room and let me check in early.
