When i reached hotel, they denied that i have a booking. They said our system is not showing any booking so we can't allow you even after showing them the email and message of booking confirmation. They even said that we don't take any prior booking or advance booking and our hotel is not listed on mmt. After being little strict they allowed to stay but took 300 rupees charge. The staff was not at all cooperative and way irresponsible. Kindly check what is wrong with hotel
