Good room, service was good enough but then the attendants should not lock the main gate and sleep or else it should be shift wise so that no one is harassed. The location and the ambience was really good

Budget Hotel

The location of the hotel is good. There is no restaurant available in the hotel premises. We didn't get hot water to bath in bathroom. The waiter has given the hot water bucket on our complaint. It was embarrassing situation in the morning since I was with my wife in the room. Any way the hotel management has to improve to attract the customers.

Hopeless staff

Stayed with my family. Towel and soap were not provided. Bathroom fittings are in terrible condition. During early morning check-out, the staff were still sleeping and they expect the customer to carry his luggage from the fifth floor. They simply don't bother. Very bad experience.
