The room was not well cleaned, and the bedsheet was also dirty. The other things were fine, but the bathroom was not clean.

Hotel Silver bliss is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a good approach and exit to highways. we had booked one room for a night. The room was big enough and clean. The food was good like home. The hotel staff were attentive and courteous. Car parking was on the road in front of the property. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Hotel Silver Bliss has beautiful rooms, well furnished and people at reception courteous and respectful. But bed sheets were stained and toilets commode brown and not cleaned. The hotel serves breakfast but has not restuarant. Access to taxi easy. They need a professional maintenance person who checks hygiene of rooms given out to guests.

Had to call multiple times to turn on the AC. The tea cups in the room were used and not cleaned. The water inside the tea maker was rusty and felt hadn't been changed in ages. Another surprise was when I ordered food I ordered boondi raita and the raita came which was a mixture of boondi water and a pinch of chhach with no spoon. When I complained that raita should be thick they replied Oh Sorry Sir! wo banane me dhyaan nahi raha hoga mai dobara bhijwa deta hu. Pathetic!!

Good, peaceful stay at new Lucknow. It's 30 minutes to the airport on one side and 30 minutes towards the city.

We could easily navigate to the property with the help of a link given by mmt. The hotel is recently renovated and has spacious rooms and attached toilets, however few small things like no hangers in the cupboard, it was provided once asked for it. We had a good home like dinner served from the kitchen. However pure booked breakfast disappointed us, no tea available till 0800 in the morning. The overall ambience and stay was good except for the little things here and there.
