The hotel was not very clean and the breakfast had very limited options. The food was very spicy.

The bedsheet & pillow cover was stained, the bathroom was stinking, the breakfast was non existing, kitchen was dirty, water leakage problems, electricity problems. Please avoid staying here.

Terrible, in spite of several requests, tv channels, hot water in toilet, fruits/juice or butter-toast bread in breakfast not provided. No care for guests etc.

It was short one night stay at Varanasi, location of this Hotel is good as it is the only Hotel near to Varanasi Airport

Hotel is in midst of dusty coal mine, nothing great to expect but decent in the circumstances of it's geographical location. Ok for business traveller on short trip.

The front desk person is very rude and unprofessional. The in room service and the kitchen service is very time taking due to less number of staff. My rooms air conditioner, Tata Sky, Geyser was not working. There was no power backup during power cuts. Though I am a regular visitor. I had a pathetic experience this time. Their food quality and services are deteriorating day by day.

Average hotel, nice location but need more professional behaviour.
