Over priced for the quality of rooms it has. The location is good and the hotel is new but rooms are too small and too expensive. There isn’t a balance.

Hi. I booked a room in silver oak, sect-er 39, gurgaon on 10th september '2022 for 2 days. We were not the given the desired room and were charged for extra money for the upgrade saying you are assigned a deluxe room but such options to select a room was mentioned in the app. Even after paying the money for upgrade. The rooms were shabby and ac pipe was leaking and was working at most of the time. Please look forward for this issue.

First of all we came to the hotel they asked us for night then I checked it booked it , the first room they gave us was stinking second room was k but bed was small for 2 Person….they don’t give you complimentary water bottle so we orders 3 for which we were charged 25 rupees per bottle plus 10% service charge plus 12% gst on bottle by manager Sidhart as I am in the service industry my self there is no gst on water bottle and no service charge and this guy says I am working in hotel industry for 14 years but he doesn’t know anything about it
