Bathroom in hotel was dirty, the toilet and wash bucket looked as though they had not been cleaned for years, The walls and fittings also looked as tho were never cleaned. No towels, soap or toilet paper, and customer service was very poor. A restaurant was advertised but there was no restaurant. I couldn’t leave fast enough. Shelves in the room were literally falling off the walls. And I would imagine that the blanket on the bed Rarely got a was. I was glad I had brought my own bedsheet for cover.

The room was good. But the bathroom and the toilet were not that clean and the sink was leaking too.

In that hotel they are nit providing a towel. Even in the hotel there is no ac no tv also they are not providing soap as well. The hotel is just looking good from outside but it is worst. Now im done. I think this is enough

The property required the renovation very badly. The lift was out of order, being an aged person I had use stairs. The property was not clean enough. The staff behavior was good. The location was convenient.

The deluxe room offered was not up to the mark and not suitable for family of 4 person, though I mentioned everything while booking. Also breakfast facility was not there, though I selected free breakfast offer while booking. Finally, I got the room upgraded by scarifying the breakfast.
