The room which i stayed was very good. Dont expect much outside view and all. Washrooms were very clean and good enough. Service was very good. Staffs were very cooperative and always there to help us. Food served in restaurant seems to be over priced. Overall excellent stay

Hotel is in prime location. Very near to all places. Staff are courteous friendly cooperative. Neat clean hygiene rooms. Room service and cleaning is good. Restaurant serves tasty dishes.

The reception at the front office was very excellent and on entering the room, it was quite spacious, nest and we'll arrange. The view from my room was very good with the snow cap kanchenjunga clearly visible. It was indeed a memorable stay. The food was good and served only vegetarian food.

The location was very convenient, it's right next to the station and mall isn't far either. The staff behavior was commendable and they offered us with all our necessities.

Neat & clean room. Wonderful view of the tea garden & himalayas from my room. The staff is well behaved. It's interesting that the toy train station is just walkable. A very happy stay.

The suite room was very good near darjeeling railway station. Food was veg but excellent. The staff behaviour was also very good. I had a nice valley view and also the main road leading to mall road. Overall a very good stay.

We stayed here for 4 days. He gave us great service all four days. The location of the hotel is very beautiful, next to darjeeling station. Mall road is a short walk away.

I recently stayed at Hotel Silver Star and was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. However, I found it disappointing that they charged an extra ₹400 for a room heater. Additionally, the food prices were quite high. Despite these drawbacks, the overall stay was comfortable, and the staff was friendly.
